1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StartupKit.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

StartupKit.pro is a startup operating system that provides founders with tools, templates, and frameworks to build and scale their businesses. We offer free and paid plans with varying levels of access.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update your information as needed. You must not share your account with others.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed once a year, and the first payment is taken when you subscribe; there is no trial period on a paid plan. Each subscription renews at the price you first paid for it. We may change the prices offered to new subscribers, but a change never applies to a subscription you already hold. Subscriptions that started on a monthly plan before 7 October 2026 continue to renew monthly at their original price until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A subscription charge is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of that charge, by writing to hi@startupkit.pro. Refund requests outside that window are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The StartupKit + Perks plan includes access to a software-deals marketplace operated by a third party, Secret. Marketplace access is provided through that partner, under the partnership in force; the plan's own contents are the founder newsletter, the founder community and direct partner offers as they are signed. Access is also included with a plan granted by a code for twelve months or more that starts on or after 1 October 2026. The StartupKit plan, monthly plans and shorter grants do not include it. Deals are offered by the companies that list them, on their own terms, and we do not guarantee that any particular deal is available to you. Because a deal redeemed with a third party cannot be reversed, opening the marketplace ends the 7-day refund described above for that subscription; you are asked to confirm this before it opens.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you create within StartupKit.pro belongs to you. The platform, its design, features, and branding are the intellectual property of StartupKit.pro and Read to Lead.

6. Limitation of Liability

StartupKit.pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
