4. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content you create within StartupKit.pro belongs to you. The platform, its design, features, and branding are the intellectual property of StartupKit.pro and Read to Lead.
6. Limitation of Liability
StartupKit.pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
