For incubators, accelerators and venture studios

One method for every founder. One view of the whole cohort.

The Cohort Sprint gives every founder in your programme the same guided path to the documents investors and funders ask for: the financial model, the market case, the pitch. Your team stops chasing files and starts each week knowing who needs help.

Priced per cohort. You receive a written proposal after the call.

The problem

Most cohorts don't stall for lack of talent. They stall for lack of structure.

Uneven starting points

One founder arrives with a financial model, the next with an idea and a single slide. Without a shared method, sessions teach to the middle and lose both ends.

Momentum dies between sessions

A workshop creates energy; a week later the work has stopped. A guided Sprint gives every founder a clear next step on the days your team is not in the room.

Results you cannot compare

PDFs, spreadsheets, photos of whiteboards. When every founder reports in a different format, you cannot see the cohort, and neither can your funder.

What founders produce

Ten tools. Four phases. One finished pack.

Choose the Sprint that fits your cohort. Every founder completes the same tools in the same order, in their own words and with their own numbers.

Investor-Ready Sprint

  1. Phase 1 Frame

    • Problem Statement Canvas
    • Value Proposition Canvas
  2. Phase 2 Validate

    • Market Sizing
    • Business Model Canvas
    • Unit Economics
  3. Phase 3 Model the money

    • Financial Projections
    • Runway Calculator
  4. Phase 4 Get ready to raise

    • Cap Table
    • Investor Pipeline
    • Pitch Deck Outline

Launch Sprint

  1. Phase 1 Define the launch

    • MVP Scope
    • Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Pricing Strategy
  2. Phase 2 Build the assets

    • Landing Page Brief
    • Brand Identity
    • Marketing Materials
  3. Phase 3 Pick your channels

    • Customer Acquisition
    • Channel Strategy
  4. Phase 4 Go live

    • Launch Checklist
    • PR Plan

The finished Sprint exports as a PDF and a spreadsheet, in one format across the cohort, so demo-day preparation starts from material you can compare.

Where the value sits

The documents founders usually outsource, built by the founders themselves.

Founders routinely hire a consultant or a freelancer for these, or stitch them together from templates. In a Cohort Sprint each founder builds every one. They understand each number, can defend it in front of an investor, and keep it when the programme ends.

  • A financial model with projections and runway
  • Market sizing: TAM, SAM and SOM
  • Unit economics that stand up to questions
  • A Business Model Canvas
  • A pitch deck structure, slide by slide
  • A go-to-market and launch plan

Answers carry between connected tools: a figure entered once appears in the next document, so the model, the pitch and the plan tell the same story.

Visibility

Know where every founder stands, every Sunday.

One table, every week: tools finished, Sprint readiness score and last activity for each founder. You see who is moving and who has stalled while there is still time to act.

Sample report, illustrative data

FounderTools finishedReadiness scoreLast active

Founder B5 of 10523 days ago
Founder C2 of 10189 days ago

Founders appear only if they consent. The report never shows their answers, figures or files.

Delivery

Eight weeks, run with you, not handed to you.

  1. Week 0

    Set-up

We issue the cohort code and the consent form. Your team does nothing technical.

  2. Week 1

    Kick-off workshop

Ninety minutes, live, in Arabic or English. Founders leave with the Sprint already under way.

  3. Weeks 1–8

    Weekly report

Every Sunday: who moved, who stalled, who to call this week.

  4. Week 4

    Mid-point clinic

Ninety minutes on the numbers: the financial model, unit economics and runway.

  5. Week 8

    Close-out

A cohort summary: who finished, who exported, and what to change for the next intake.

For every founder

Twelve months of the full product.

  • Full access for 12 months from the day they join
  • All 65 tools, not only the Sprint's ten
  • Both Sprints and every export
  • Their work stays in their own account after the programme ends
Scope

What the Cohort Sprint does not include.

  • A programme dashboard inside the app. The report reaches you as a table.
  • White-label, or your logo inside the product.
  • Custom tools, templates or curricula.
  • One-to-one mentoring, or review of each founder's content.
  • Any promise of funding or acceptance.
Privacy

Founders own their work. You see their progress.

  • A founder's account is private by default.
  • The report covers only founders who sign a consent form, and only three things: tools finished, readiness score, last activity.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time by email.
  • The database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland).

Questions

What programme directors ask first.

How is it priced?

Per cohort, based on its size and the support you choose. After a 20-minute call you receive a written proposal. There is no per-seat price list.

Do founders pay anything?

No. The cohort code gives each founder 12 months of the full product.

Which Sprint should we choose?

Investor-Ready for founders preparing to raise: the problem, the market, the model and the numbers. Launch for founders taking a product to market: scope, pricing, channels and a launch plan.

What language does it run in?

Founders work in Arabic or English, and the workshops run in either.

What if some founders already use StartupKit?

Tell us who they are. A founder who already pays keeps their own plan.

Can we see it before we commit?

Yes. The product demo shows a sample startup, and on the call we walk through a complete Sprint.

When does your next cohort start?

If it is within the next three months, 20 minutes is enough to see whether the Cohort Sprint fits.
