A feasibility study answers one question: should this project be started at all? That is different from a business plan, which describes how a business will work once you have decided to build it. The honest version of this document can come back and tell you no — and the ones sold as templates almost never do, because a blank template has no numbers in it and no way to reach a verdict. Here the verdict is arithmetic: it is computed from the money you would spend, the price you would charge and the cost of each sale, and nothing written in the document can override it.
What you get
- A verdict — viable, viable only under stated conditions, or not viable on these numbers
- The reasons behind it, each one traced to a specific figure
- Market feasibility: the need, the buyer, and how strong your evidence of demand actually is
- Operational feasibility: what it takes to run, and the gap against what your team can do today
- Three-year projection, monthly cash flow, break-even and payback
- Return over three years against the money you put in
- An Excel workbook with live formulas — change an assumption and the verdict moves with it
How it works
- 1
Answer the questions
About 28 of them, in four short steps. Plain questions about your own business — no template jargon.
- 2
Watch the document build
Every table recalculates as you type. Nothing is hidden behind a paywall and nothing is a sample.

Word to edit, PDF to send, Excel as a live model. One payment, yours permanently.
A study that was never allowed to say no
Most feasibility studies are written after the decision has been made, which is why they read as arguments rather than assessments — and why the sections about risk are the thinnest. Two things here are built against that. The verdict is computed, not written, so an encouraging paragraph cannot survive numbers that do not work. And the study asks what you would do instead with the same money and the same year: a study with no alternative on the table is not weighing anything.
Questions founders ask
How is the verdict decided?
By arithmetic, not opinion. Three findings block it outright: each sale costing at least what it earns, never reaching a profitable month within three years, and the cash balance going below zero before the project turns profitable. Two more make it conditional: the startup costs not being repaid within three years, and a gross margin under 20%. Each one is reported with the figure behind it.
Can the written sections contradict the verdict?
No. The verdict is computed from your numbers and handed to the writing as a fixed fact it may only explain. If the numbers say the project runs out of cash in month eight, every section says so.
Is it free?
Writing it and reading the whole study on screen is free and needs no card. Downloading the Word, PDF and Excel files is a one-time payment, and the files are yours permanently.
Does it cover licences and regulations?
Only what you tell it you have already checked. It does not know your local rules and will not guess them — a study that invents a licensing requirement, or omits one, is worse than no study. Anything regulatory needs a local specialist.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes, and the Arabic is written rather than translated. The study, the tables and the Word and Excel files are all right-to-left, and financial figures stay in Latin digits so the prose and the spreadsheet match.
