AI as an add-on tests a second axis — charging for capability, not just headcount — the pricing question every SaaS faces this decade. Design pricing so your users' collaboration does the selling.

Notion's flywheel is flexibility converted into distribution: a primitive-based product expressive enough that users build their own solutions, show them off, and sell them to each other — making the community the onboarding, the support desk, and the marketing department.
